Please contact our Support team via email with any warranty or return related questions and we will endeavour to help you as best as we can.
You get a minimum 12 months warranty with your purchase..
Returns are accepted for unopened packages only. Unwanted orders need to reach us within 5 working days from the original date of receipt. Refunds are issued following inspection of returned items and clearance given by our logistics team. In some cases a restocking fee will be applicable. This will not exced 15% of the original purchase price.
Any items received damaged ideally need to be refused at the point of delivery. Alternatively it needs to be reported to us with pictures of damage within 12 hours of receipt and no later by email.
